1. Working with the Client:

- Acquainted with both parties
- Analysing and defining the required profile together
- Signing the tender
- Start SEARCH (Database search, site search, Network of Sales, etc.)
- Publication job vacancy in the press and on www.salestalents.be (Simultaneously with search)
- Candidate introduction by telephone. Simultaneously with email presentation: CV in Word, Sales Talents consultant recommendation, references and test results
- Follow-up and sales coaching of the posted candidate. After 1 month of employment and at the end of the trial period, we assess the work relationship with both parties.
- Sales Talents also give the candidate one day of field coaching in sales techniques

2. Working with the Candidate:

- Pre-screening by telephone
- Screening and in-depth interview of the candidates by Sales Talents
- Sales Test + discussion
- Reference name
- Realistic and truthful representation of the corresponding jobs
- Preparation for the job interview
- Follow-up of the candidate-client interviews until the contract is signed
- Follow-up and sales coaching for the posted candidate
- After 1 month of employment and at the end of the trial period, we assess the work relationship with both parties
- After starting with the client, the candidate also gets 1 day of field coaching in sales techniques by Sales Talents
